At this 40th anniversary edition of Matexpo, Luyckx and Ultimated will once again be showcasing a number of new features and innovations at booth A12, covering more than 1,600 m². In addition to the full range from Kubota and Hitachi, there will be some new models on display and we will be focusing on attachments for machines. New this year is our Green Corner with numerous emission-free machines.

Discover the new ZX95US-7 with new Stage V engine and equipped with a spacious cab for more comfort. Larger and more powerful than the previous generation ZX85-6 model, the ZX95US-7 offers 10% more stability and 4% more digging power. The compact size, short turning radius and shorter distance between bucket and blade allow the new ZX95US and USB-7 to work efficiently and safely in tight spaces.

With the arrival of the ZW160-7 and ZW250-7, the complete line of Hitachi wheel loaders has now been updated. The ZW220-7 has a weight of 19 tons, this machine will also be on our stand. The ZW-7's innovative and spacious cab offers every comfort, with the lowest noise and vibration levels available on the market.

In addition to the ZX135US-7-2P-BL, the ZX225US-7-2P, the ZX300LC-7-MN will also be on display. The ZX135W-7-2P and the ZX150W-7-2P on tires complete the range.

In addition to the handy inner turners, U10-5, U17-3, U27-4, U36-4 and U56-5, you will find the conventional models KX019-4, KX027-4 and the KX037-4 at our booth. The compact wheel loaders, R090, RT220-2e, RT280 and KC300-5 dumper complete the list.

As the newest mini-excavator in the Kubota range, the KX085-5 is available in both Monobloc and adjustable main arm. The redesigned cab with better access features an air-sprung seat. The new 7" LCD screen visualizes all important machine parameters at a glance. The machine comes standard with LED lighting and a rear-view camera. The new KTS telematics system gives the operator the most important machine data in real time.

In our Green Corner, we will focus on our Luyckx Eco Applications. You will be able to see a range of "green machines" that will help you make your machinery more sustainable and socially responsible.

The introduction of the ZE135US further extends the range of battery-powered excavators to include a 16-ton excavator.

The ZE85US and the KTEG Powertree, the mobile charging station, will also be on display.

As a first, you will also find the Ammann eARX 26-2, the first electric sit-on roller, along with the brand new electric rammer eATR 68 and vibratory plate eAPF 1240.

With the RT220-2e, Kubota offers a Smart Energy Solution in the compact wheel loader segment. The RT220-2e is an electric wheel loader with an operating weight of 2.4 tons, equipped with hydraulic quick coupler, loader bucket and pallet forks. A Lithium-Ion battery 520Ah/26.6kW/48V was chosen as the battery. The battery charger is integrated into the machine.

Finally, there is also the KC070H-e, an electric compact track dumper with Lithium battery (48V-100Ah) and 2 electric drive motors. Compact and emission-free, ideal for indoor or low-emission sites.

Ammann is also pulling out the green card for this Matexpo edition. On display in our Green corner will be the brand new electric rammer eATR 68 and vibratory plate eAPF 1240. These use a universal Honda battery making it interchangeable for all future models. With the included charger, multiple batteries can be used on the same job site, increasing autonomy.

In addition, the first Ammann electric ride-on roller eARX 26-2 will also be on display at the fair. This machine is not a hybrid, but an all-electric roller. Thus, there are no more hydraulic components provided. The LiFePO4 48 Volt battery has a capacity of 600 Ah (31.5 kWh) and can also be used as a charging station when the machine is stationary.

Furthermore, during this exhibition, you can see the full range of plates, rammers and rollers up to 13 tons.

At our booth you can find a MAN TGS 41,520, 8x4 equipped with an EFFER 955 with CROSSTAB® support legs. The base crane hydraulically extends 8 times and the fly-jib 6 times. The crane is also equipped with a hydraulic winch with a maximum capacity of 1800kg. The crane has a hydraulic reach of 38m high and 33.5m far. At this distance, the lifting capacity of the crane is still as much as 720kg. Due to the patented CROSSTAB® front support legs, this combination is stable almost 360° all around. The truck is equipped for "dual use", so it can function both as a tractor or a bucket truck through the removable cargo box. As an extra it is possible to use the crane to tip the bucket.

Furthermore, we present a 3-axle D-TEC stone trailer with EN 12642 Code XL certificate for load securing. This eliminates the need to secure loads up to a maximum of 35 tons with straps. This option allows customers to use their stone trailers even more efficiently and safely.This stone trailer is equipped with a KENNIS 16-R/71-3 mobile crane with accompanying pallet hook. This crane has a hydraulic reach of 7.1m and a lifting capacity of 2100kg. The KENNIS crane is still the reference for the manipulation of all construction related products due to its simple ease of use.
